Telemarketing (Tele Via Chat)

Sparks Music (SEVEN Retail Group) is looking for a proactive and driven Telemarketing Team Lead and Telemarketing Staff to join our team.

1. Telemarketing Team Lead

Requirements: Proven experience in leading a telesales/telemarketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and support a team of telemarketing agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and create action plans for continuous improvement
• Handle escalated issues and act as a problem solver for the team
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies, campaigns, and scripts
• Ensure team compliance with company policies, standards, and quality assurance guidelines

2. Telemarketing Staff

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service. Candidates with experience in chat-based customer support are preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to inquiries from prospective customers across various channels, including social media, advertisements, and other lead sources
• Qualify leads by assessing customer interest, collecting relevant information, and effectively communicating program benefits while addressing inquiries and concerns
• Schedule appointments or trial classes for qualified prospects and conduct follow-up activities to support lead conversion
• Maintain accurate lead records and databases, participate in training programs, and achieve monthly lead-to-booking conversion targets
