Deskripsi pekerjaan Telemarketing (Paid Internship) Serata Group

Responsibilities :

  • Make phone calls to potential customers
  • Describe the product
  • Answer questions from customers
  • Follow up customers
  • Make a contact list of customer information that has been contacted

Requirements :

  • College students at least semester 6 / final semester in marketing management, communication science, commmunication science and similiar fields
  • Proficient in product knowledge
  • Good communication
  • Able to work with team
  • Working hours flexible
  • Onsite in Surabaya, East Java
