We’re looking for a Telemarketing Leader to join our Commercial team and accelerate our growth in Indonesia. In this role, you will lead a team of telemarketers responsible for acquiring new employers and reactivating existing ones through outbound calls and targeted campaigns to drive revenue growth in Glints Marketplace.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, motivate, and develop a telemarketing team to achieve daily and monthly acquisition targets.
- Ensure consistent achievement of team and individual job processing goals.
- Acquire or reactivate employers through outbound calls, focusing on prioritized segments.
- Maintain team productivity and performance tracking across all telemarketers.
- Coach and guide team members to improve sales conversion and communication skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and lead generation support.
- Report and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, outbound sales, or B2B acquisition.
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team (4–6 members preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in job portals, banking, insurance, tech, or training companies is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Highly organized with good time management — able to balance supervision, calling, and admin tasks.
- Customer-obsessed and proactive in driving outcomes.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
