PT Samudra Dyan Praga is an exhibition contractor company, and currently we are looking for a new position:
Telemarketing
Placement: Jakarta Timur
Requirements:
Female
Minimum education D3/S1 from any major
Having experience as Telemarketing, Telesales, Pre Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, or related position is preferred
Fresh graduates with good communication skills are welcome to apply
Good communication, persuasive, and follow-up skills
Target oriented, proactive, and well organized
Able to operate Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and manage customer database
Interested in sales, marketing, exhibition, event, or project-based business
Job Responsibilities:
Search and collect potential customer/client database
Contact prospects through phone call, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
Introduce company profile, services, and exhibition project solutions
Follow up prospects consistently until they are interested to continue the discussion
Identify prospect needs, project potential, timeline, and PIC information
Arrange meetings between prospects and the Project Sales Marketing team
Prepare and update prospect database regularly
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for lead handover and follow-up status
Main Target:
The main target of this position is to do follow-up, generate qualified leads, and arrange meetings with potential clients. This role is not directly responsible for closing sales, but will support the Project Sales Marketing team in opening new business opportunities.
