Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or database.
- Introduce and promote products, services, or current offers.
- Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and interests.
- Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing or sales team.
- Suggest improvements for call scripts or sales strategies.
Sales & Appointment Setting:
- Promote and sell products or services to interested prospects.
- Use persuasive communication to highlight key benefits.
- Conduct simple surveys or gather customer feedback.
- Schedule appointments for student advisors with qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects who showed interest but haven’t decided yet.
Compliance & Quality:
- Stay updated on products and services to answer customer questions.
- Follow call scripts while keeping the conversation natural and engaging.
- Handle customer objections with tact and professionalism.
- Submit regular reports on call performance and results.
- Join training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.
Qualifications:
- Service-minded and customer-focused.
- Proven sales skills — able to pitch and close deals.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service.
- Having experience in Education Industries is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and results-driven mindset.
- Willing to work on weekends and with shifting system (off-days between Monday–Friday).
