Position Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Telemarketer cum Customer Support. In this dual role, the successful candidate will be instrumental in promoting our products/services through outbound calls while also delivering outstanding customer support. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a drive for achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
* Telemarketing:
* Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products/services.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using our internal system.
* Employ persuasive sales techniques to generate interest and convert leads into customers.
* Customer Support:
* Handle inbound calls from existing customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and promptly resolving issues.
* Cultivate strong relationships with customers through exceptional service, aiming for high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
* Sales Target Achievement:
* Work diligently to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to lead conversion.
* Continuously update product knowledge to effectively convey value propositions and stay ahead in the market.
* Documentation and Reporting:
* Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on telemarketing and customer support activities.
* Provide insightful feedback to the management team, contributing to the enhancement of overall sales and customer support strategies.
Requirements:
* Good to have proven experience in telemarketing and customer support roles.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
* Goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet or exceed targets.
* Familiarity with internal systems and software.
* Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
* Able to communicate English fluently (due to requirements of English speaking customers). Good to be able to communicate in multiple languages
