Job Desk :
a. Menerapkan standart installasi sesuai SOP dan Quality Audit yg diberikan tepat waktu, benar dan baik serta hasil kualitas yang sesuai dengan kontrak,
b. Mampu melakukan pekerjaan dari mulai Installasi,Integrasi,Troubleshoot dan melengkapi dokumen yang akan di submit,
c. Memastikan pekerjaan yang kami lakukan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Foto, Berita Acara serta dokumen2 lainnya dengan lengkap,
d. Melakukan komunikasi ke semua pihak untuk mencapai tujuan proyek,
e. Berkoordinasi dengan PC dan PM untuk memecahkan masalah di lapangan maupun dengan team,
f. Selalu menggunakan alat pelindung diri di lokasi kerja sesuai dengan jenis pekerjaan,
g. Menjalankan Tugas sesuai dengan instruksi PC dan PM untuk mensupport kelancaran Project.
h. Menerapkan dan memastikan keamaan cyber (Cyber Security) sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku.
i. Mengenakan APD saat mengunjungi lapangan / site.
j. Mengingatkan tim untuk selalu mengenakan APD sesuai ketentuan kerja
Persyaratan :
a. Laki-laki
b. Tamatan STM Listrik atau Elektro (pengalaman minimal 6 bulan di Telko) atau D3 Teknik.
c. Tamatan SMU/SLTA untuk yang merintis karir dari Teknisi Telekomunikasi minimal 1 Tahun.
d. Dan mampu mempelajari scope pekerjaan di bidang Telekomunikasi
e. Dan Mampu berkoordinasi dengan baik
f. Mempuyai SIM A
g. Tidak takut di ketinggian atau berani naik Tower
h. Melakukan pekerjaan dengan tuntas (lembur) dan hari libur bisa masuk kerja.
i. Familiar menggunakan office

Adyawinsa Telecommunication & Electrical (AT&E) began in 2003 as a division of PT. Adyawinsa Dinamika, initially producing public multi-coin telephones and distributing CDMA fixed wireless telephones. Soon after, we were appointed by Ericsson Indonesia and Siemens Indonesia as their strategic supplier for manufacturing products. In 2004, we expanded our portfolio by setting up a services business to support Indosat Mega Media (IM2) in implementing high-speed wireless internet solutions using Airspan technology.
Since then, we have achieved several milestones, including becoming the distributor for SPINNER Germany, ARGUS Australia, and EUPEN Belgium in Indonesia territory, providing end-to-end solutions in RF material supply and services, and entering the Site Acquisition, Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical (SACME) business. Our SACME projects have supported Telkomsel (via Siemens), NTS (via Huawei), Wireless Indonesia (WIN), Excelcomindo Pratama, and Indosat (via NOKIA).
To strengthen our focus on the telecommunication and electrical industry, we established a new company in 2007, PT. Adyawinsa Telecommunication & Electrical, with qualified resources from the prior telecommunication division of PT. Adyawinsa Dinamika. We also invested in a new special manufacturing plant to cater to the needs of our customers in the telco industry.
Our employees are our greatest assets, and we have trained them technically overseas to ensure that they have the necessary skills to provide the best services to our customers. We prioritize safety and have equipped our employees with certifications in Working At Height (WAH), Electricity, and HSE.
As an end-to-end solutions provider, from Site Acquisition to Field Maintenance, we are confident in becoming the best and preferred partner for our customers. We have expanded to the General Construction business by building Technical Operation Centers (TOC) and renovating Data Center Buildings.
