Deskripsi pekerjaan Telecom Data Analyst – Crowdsourced Analytic PT Neural Technologies Indonesia (Official)
Responsibilities
- Analyze and process crowdsourced data (e.g., latency, throughput, coverage, and user experience metrics)
- Correlate crowdsourced data with internal network performance KPIs (latency, packet loss, availability, etc.)
- Identify gaps between network performance and customer experience
- Investigate anomalies or network performance degradation using multi-source data
- Generate insights and provide data-driven recommendations to improve network quality
- Collaborate with network, engineering, and business teams to interpret analysis results
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability from multiple data sources
- Enhance analytical methods to improve accuracy in data correlation and insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Network Analyst roles
- Prior experience in the telecommunications industry or network performance analysis is preferred
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Experience using Python (e.g., pandas, numpy) for data processing
- Understanding of telecom network fundamentals (latency, throughput, packet loss, coverage)
- Experience handling and analyzing large datasets
- Ability to perform multi-source data correlation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, or similar)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
