Job Descriptions:
- Install ice machines at customer sites according to SOP and safety standards.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair machine issues.
- Conduct regular and preventive maintenance on ice machines.
- Prepare service reports, including parts usage and technical recommendations.
- Coordinate with the after-sales teams for scheduling service visits.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
- Making a draft design plan for DAXTRO Ice Machine.
Qualifications:
- Domicile at Surabaya.
- Having 1 year similar experience.
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems.
- Understand the cooling system and familiar with refrigeration machine projects.
- Having an A and C driving license is a must.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor application tools, etc.
- Be available for emergency service visits when needed.
- Willing to undertake a business trip.
- Willing to work on weekends as required.
