Deskripsi pekerjaan Teknisi PAC (Precision Air Conditioning/AC Presisi) PT NPS PEMUDA BERDIKARISMA

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

Merencanakan, mengawasi, dan melaksanakan instalasi, testing & commissioning, maintenance, serta troubleshooting sistem PAC.

Memastikan performa PAC meliputi kapasitas pendinginan, airflow, electrical, sensor, dan kontrol sistem sesuai standar.

Mengkoordinasikan dan mengarahkan tim Engineer, vendor, serta partner dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan sesuai SLA.

Menentukan kebutuhan dan validasi spare part serta memberikan solusi teknis atas permasalahan PAC.

Menyusun dan memastikan pelaksanaan preventive maintenance sesuai standar dan jadwal.

Mengatur pembagian tugas, membimbing, dan meningkatkan kompetensi teknis tim PAC Engineer.

Mengelola kebutuhan material, jadwal kerja, dan koordinasi proyek dengan klien, prinsipal, vendor, dan partner.

Memberikan dukungan teknis kepada tim Sales, Partner, dan pelanggan, termasuk training terkait pengoperasian, perawatan, dan troubleshooting PAC.

Memastikan seluruh pekerjaan memenuhi SOP, standar teknis, K3, dan standar mutu perusahaan.

Menyusun serta memastikan kelengkapan laporan teknis pekerjaan, inspeksi, investigasi, dan maintenance secara berkala.

Requirements

Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Elektro, Mesin, Mekanikal, atau Refrigerasi.

Pengalaman

3 tahun pada pengelolaan PAC/CRAC/CRAH, Commisioning Cooling, Operasi Data Center

Pemahaman Mendalam terkait system PAC/AC Presisi, AC Redudancy, Air Flow Management, Familiar dengan standar Data Center (TIA - 942), Uptime institude dan ISO terkait

Mampu membaca gambar teknik (MEP), wiring diagram, serta spesifikasi PAC.

Troubleshooting cooling system tingkat lanjut.

Bersedia on-call dan melakukan perjalanan dinas
