Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Biomedical Engineering / Biomedical Engineering Technology.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in medical equipment or biomedical engineering is a plus.
- Good understanding of electronics, electrical systems, mechanics, and medical equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to perform installation, preventive maintenance, testing, and repair of medical equipment.
- Able to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel for customer visits or business assignments when required.
- Relevant certification/STR in Electromedical Engineering is a plus, if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment performance and safety.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to medical equipment.
- Provide technical support and basic user training to customers.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and other technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, principals, and vendors regarding technical issues.
- Ensure all technical activities comply with SOPs, equipment manuals, and safety standards.
