Job Description:
- Possess an understanding of laboratory testing methods and procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient data in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Understand and implement proper management of hazardous and toxic waste (B3).
- Have knowledge of laboratory equipment calibration and quality control processes.
- Perform phlebotomy procedures skillfully and in compliance with standard protocols.
- Prepare and handle laboratory samples accurately and according to standard procedures.
- Prepare laboratory test reports that are clear, complete, accurate, and in compliance with established standards.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
- Possession of a valid professional license/registration (e.g., STR).
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work under supervision.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and laboratory information systems (LIS).
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
