REQUIREMENTS
- S1 from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in metrology, 3D scanning, reverse engineering, quality inspection, or manufacturing engineering.
- Strong understanding of Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and technical drawing interpretation.
- Proficient in reverse engineering processes, CAD modeling, inspection reporting, product design, and dimensional inspection.
- Familiar with metrology standards and quality management systems, including ISO, ASME, and GD&T requirements
- Professional certifications in Metrology, GD&T, PolyWorks, Geomagic, or other 3D scanning software will be considered an advantage
- Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia for business purpose
- Have driving license (A and C)
JOB DESCRIPTION - Conduct product demonstrations, application presentations, and implementation of 3D scanning solutions for customers.
- Execute 3D scanning projects using various scanning technologies based on customer requirements and project specifications.
- Perform dimensional inspection and quality control analysis using metrology and inspection software
- Configure software, calibrate cameras, and optimize vision system performance.
- Integrate vision systems with PLCs, industrial robots, conveyors, and other automation systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), installation reports, and service reports.
