- Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering
- Able to meet the needs of users who will receive technical documentation
- Able to work with technical staff to make products easier to use with concise but easy to understand instructions
- Able to create instructions, guides for using goods, and frequently asked questions.
- Having knowledge in general banking flow.
- Able to create technical documentation.
- Understand the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) process
