KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create system documentation, user manuals, installation guides, and API documentation
- Document mobile app and web admin/dashboard workflows
- Prepare documentation for data integration processes between mobile apps, backend services, and data warehouses
- Support the creation of UAT documents, SOWs, and technical reports
- Collaborate with Developers, QA Engineers, and PMs to ensure documentation accuracy
- Review and maintain documentation as systems evolve.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong technical writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus)
- Familiar with software development concepts, APIs, data integration, and SDLC
- Able to understand technical discussions and translate them into clear documentation
- Proficient with documentation tools such as Google Docs, Notion, or similar platforms
- Willing to travel for business trips when required.
