Technical Writer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Technical Writer & Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining clear, accurate, and professional user manuals, installation guides, IT project documentation, and online help systems for our products. Your work will support product deployment and usability, providing our clients and end-users with essential documentation to ensure effective use of our technology.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

- Develop and maintain technical documents such as user manuals, installation guides, IT project documentation, and FAQ sections for product documentation.

- ⁠Collaborate with project teams to document IT project scopes, plans, schedules, and updates.

- Simplify complex technical ideas into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand text.

- Update existing documentation to reflect product updates, project changes, and new technologies.

- Ensure consistency and quality across all documentation.

- Assist in the layout and design of documents, incorporating diagrams, screenshots, and other visual aids.

⁠- Review and edit documentation for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.

⁠- Manage document revisions and maintain a library of all documentation.

⁠- Participate in project meetings to ensure accurate and timely documentation of IT projects.

Keahlian :

- Basic understanding of the software development process and web technologies.

- Experience in creating documentation for software or technology products.

- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.

- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs.

- Experience with documentation tools and content management systems is a plus.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Good communication skills.

Kualifikasi :

Minimum education: D3 or equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience in technical writing or a related field.
