Qualification :
- Minimum D3 education in Information Technology / Information Systems / related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Technical Writing,
- Understanding SDLC and Agile Framework
- Able to create structured documentation
- Be able to and master documentation tools.
Responsibilities :
- Compiling technical documentation (system, API, user guide)
- Collaborate with relevant teams for documentation validation
- Regularly update documentation
- Support audit and compliance needs
- Supports knowledge transfer to users
