Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, and any related field
Have knowledge & Experience in an Agile environment especially Scrum Framework
Know how to operating tools : Jira, Confluence, etc.
Know how to operating tools : Flowchart, UML, Usecase Diagram, etc.
Strong writing and communication skill in English

Job Description

Determine the needs of users who will receive technical documentation
Study product samples and talk more with their creators and developers
Work with technical staff to make the product easier to use with short but easy to understand instructions
Organize and write supporting documents for product and technical process
Use photos, pictures, diagrams and animations that enhance user understanding
Revises documents when there are product updates
