Deskripsi pekerjaan Technical Writer Pt Fortress Data Services

Responsibilities:
Writing, reviewing, and revising Quality Control documents, including but not limited to protocols, method validations, method qualifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical reports
Explanation of complex and technical information in a concise manner
Collaboration with other departments to produce and revise documentation
Analysts and interacting with Developers
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT/System Information from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
Having experience relevant to technical and document writing
Have understanding of software testing technique & procedure (Katalon, Xray/Jira)
Detail oriented, strong written and oral communication skills
Will be placed in BSD, Tangerang
