Qualifications
- min 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer in IT/software industry.
- Strong ability to write clear technical documentation in English.
- Experience creating user manuals, system documentation, and SOPs.
- Familiar with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Experience documenting APIs and technical workflows is a plus.
- Familiar with documentation tools (Confluence, Notion, Google Docs, or similar).
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, or cloud systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and structured writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain technical documentation (user guides, manuals, SOPs).
- Develop API documentation and release notes.
- Document system features, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Developers, QA, and Product teams to gather information.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and consistency.
- Update documentation based on system changes or enhancements.
- Manage and organize documentation repositories.
- Support internal knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives.
