As a Technical Trainee at PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to our manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include contributing to process improvement initiatives, applying mechanical and electrical engineering principles to enhance manufacturing efficiency, ensuring equipment maintenance adheres to the highest standards, and leveraging our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to optimize production. You will also assist in maintaining and improving quality control measures, ensuring all products meet stringent performance and safety standards. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sustainability and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and innovative environment.

We are looking for candidates with an Associate Degree who are eager to develop their careers in manufacturing. Ideal candidates should possess skills in Process Improvement, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, and Equipment Maintenance.
