Deskripsi pekerjaan Technical Team Lead Skedulo
We are looking for a Development Team Lead who will lead our Developer and QA and also work closely with our Product Manager and Solution Architecture team to design, build, test and deploy extensions to Skedulo. The Development Team Lead will work within a cross-functional team that is focused on taking growth extensions that will exist as sellable packages to Skedulo customers and developing through iterations on the top of the Skedulo Platform. You will lead and coach our project team and ensure a high-quality standard.
Requirements
Daily Responsibilities
- Involve in design, build, test and deploy projects
- Triaging and prioritizing incoming issues and ensuring they are distributed as required
- Provides technical advice and weighs in on technical discussions / decisions that impact their team
- Helps members overcome obstacles, resolve blockers, and complete work tasks
- Mentors / coaches direct reports in an open, respectful, flexible, and empathetic manner
- Provides positive and constructive feedback to direct reports in a timely manner
- Allocation of project work to team members and ensure balanced workload across team
- New work estimation review
- Ensure high quality team working practices
Additional Responsibilities
- Team hiring & onboarding
- Manage the performance of the team members
- Create / maintain training plan for team members
- Create / maintain maturity matrix for team
- Supporting the team members in being successful in their role and career planning
- Review and track Objectives and Key Results (OKR) including performance meetings
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have 2+ years prior experience as a Team Lead in a complex development environment (Salesforce Platform or CRM System is preferred)
- Must have at least 5+ years experience in software development
- Must have good written and spoken English communication skills
- A strong teamwork ethic is essential.
Desired Skills/Experience
- Experienced with one or more of the following programming languages: Java, C/C++, .NET, Python
- Experienced with developing web application is preferred
- Experienced with RESTful APIs and System Integrations
- Experienced computer science fundamentals in data structures, design patterns, and ideally complex scheduling and optimization algorithms
- Experienced with CI/CD pipeline and automation
- A proven ability to learn new products, develop technical knowledge and apply new skills in a high paced environment
- Desired candidates enjoy problem solving while learning, developing and applying new skills along the way.
- Beneficial to have a working knowledge of Atlassian Suite, JIRA, Confluence and Service Desk
- Experienced working with agile development methodologies
- Beneficial to have prior experience working with distributed teams
