Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Good communication skill in English (written and spoken) – required for communication with local, regional and global teams
• Minimum 5 years of experience as System Analyst/Technical Analyst/Data Analyst, preferably in system integration projects
• Strong experience in ETL, Data warehouse concept, data integration and secure file transfer development.
• Experience in software development project in Banking industry is preferable
• Proven experience working with middleware, ETL processes, file encryption, secured file transfer via SFTP, monitoring and reconciliation
• Solid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts (fact/dimension, star schema, reporting layers)
• Familiarity with secure file transfer and integration mechanisms
• Proficient in SQL (preferably MS SQL Server) for data analysis and validation
• Strong knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Familiarity with data security, access control, and regulatory standard of system development for financial industry
• Excellent system impact analysis and troubleshooting skills
