Key Responsibilities
Review business requirements and translate them into clear technical designs, including data mappings, file structures, and data interface specifications.
Analyze and document end-to-end integration flows across source systems, middleware, and transaction monitoring platforms.
Translate requirements into technical specifications, including:
Source-to-target data mapping
Transformation logic
Interface and file specifications
Work closely with Enterprise Architecture, developers, and infrastructure teams to design and implement ETL and secure file transfer solutions.
Support secure file-based data transfer, including encryption and SFTP processes.
Evaluate system impacts arising from multiple data sources and integrations.
Ensure data integrity, data quality, security, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Review and validate ETL logic, data transformations, control totals, and error handling.
Support the development phase by reviewing enhancements implemented by developers.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation (data flow diagrams, interface specs, mapping documents) in English.
Support testing activities (SIT/UAT), including test scenario preparation and defect analysis.
Collaborate with local and regional/global teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
[Mandatory] Good communication skill in English (written and spoken) – required for communication with local, regional and global teams.
Experience
[Mandatory] Minimum 5 years of experience as System Analyst/Technical Analyst/Data Analyst, preferably in system integration projects.
[Mandatory] Strong experience in ETL, Data warehouse concept, data integration and secure file transfer development.
Experience in software development project in Banking industry is preferable.
Hard Skills
[Mandatory] Proven experience working with middleware, ETL processes, file encryption, secured file transfer via SFTP, monitoring and reconciliation.
Solid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts (fact/dimension, star schema, reporting layers).
[Mandatory] Familiarity with secure file transfer and integration mechanisms.
[Mandatory] Proficient in SQL (preferably MS SQL Server) for data analysis and validation.
[Mandatory] Strong knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
[Mandatory] Familiarity with data security, access control, and regulatory standard of system development for financial industry.
Excellent system impact analysis and troubleshooting skills.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Familiarity with system technical documentation in English.

Detail-oriented with a focus on process and documentation.
