Requirements
Technical Skills:
1. Able to write and speak Business English
2. High knowledge on Windows Operating System.
3. Advance knowledge in Networking.
4. Advance knowledge of Computers and Operation Systems.
5. Advance programming knowledge, focused on windows scripting (Batch, PowerShell, VBS, Etc.)
6. Deployment and configuration of the software product in customer environment.
7. Deployment Project Management.
8. Provide support to the customer in case of incidents.
9. Availability to provide support guards one week per month

Scope of Work
1. Prepare and submit monthly reports on the performance and health of installed systems.
2. Communicate regularly with the principal/vendor based in the UK to coordinate support and updates.
3. Be available to work during night hours when required, due to time zone differences with the UK.
4. Perform system upgrades and configurations as guided by the principal via remote support.
5. Ensure all upgrade and maintenance activities are documented and reported.
6. Follow instructions precisely from remote support teams to maintain system stability and compliance.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to schedule downtime or maintenance windows as needed.
