Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and repairing issues with computers, mobile devices, servers, or network systems.
- User Support (Customer Service): Responding to user inquiries via phone, email, or chat and providing easy-to-understand, step-by-step guidance.
- Installation and Maintenance: Assisting with the installation of operating systems and applications, as well as performing routine maintenance.
- Access Management: Setting up user accounts, granting access rights to company systems, and ensuring data security.
- Documentation: Logging support tickets and creating troubleshooting guides for recurring issues.
Required Skills
- Have min 2 years of experience related to Technical Support
- Problem Solving: Analytical thinking skills to quickly identify the root cause of issues.
- Communication: Patience and the ability to explain technical instructions to non-technical users.
- IT Knowledge: Understanding of Windows, macOS, Linux, network infrastructure, and basic databases.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks when handling multiple inquiries simultaneously.
