Job description for Technical Support Officer (Desktop Engineer) at Asia Innovatory Management School
The Technical Support Officer will be responsible for providing general support and support for leased Personal Computers (PC) and tablets. The successful candidate will have to work in a fast-paced environment and be ready and prepared for anything. You will need to have technical and soft skills in the form of having the knowledge to provide the relevant support but also have the soft skills to manage projects and operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track desktops/laptops leased from Personal Computer (PC) Bulk Tender
- Secure Handling of Secure Email (SE) PCs (desktops/laptops)
- Provide administrative support for Whole of Government (WOG) and Agency Tenent Facility Management (ATFM) Services
- IT Asset Management
- IT Account Management
- Provide general Support
- Provide tablet Support
- Technology Refresh (TR)
- Project Management and Admin Support
- Operation Management;
- Project Management; and
- IT Governance.
Job Requirements:
- At least two (2) years of admin project management
- At least two (2) years of working experience in corporate IT service desk environment
- Possess some basic troubleshooting skills.
