- Job Responsibilities
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
- Logging the queries of customers and employees.
- Analysis of call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
- Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion.
- Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, in order to set up a system or fix a fault
- Willing to work under pressure
- Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

We choose to make education our priority because it is essential in equipping farmers with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to become agropreneur. Besides, we also collaborate with farmer-owned stores and off-takers throughout Indonesia to build a zero cash society, so that farmers no longer have to receive working capital in cash.
PURPOSE-Why We Do
Agriculture is the backbone of the nation. Supporting the lives of 41% of the nation's workforce. But it also the one facing the danger of obsolescence, the number of farmers is decreasing 10% every year because we left them unempowered. While we're busy innovating on the latest technology, they're still thinking about what to eat tomorrow. Besides that, Agriculture in Indonesia is also an industry with one of the highest poverty rate for its worker which is 39% of the farmers are under the poverty line.
So, how can we use technology to create a solution that can be easily adopted, solving their pain points, and enhance the overall farming process? VISION As a platform that understands farmers best, we have a noble notion of establishing a sustainable agricultural ecosystem by bringing together farmers and numerous agricultural parties who can facilitate the farming projects so that by 2045, we will have achieved our goal to create a sustainable ecosystem that will become Indonesia’s primary food producer. We aim to revolutionize Indonesia farmers and the agricultural sector in Indonesia with the spirit of cooperation
