Deskripsi pekerjaan Technical Support - Home Appliances Hisense Indonesia
- Key person for technical issue in after sales service for Home Appliances product (consist of but not limited to Refrigerator, Room Air Conditioner, Washing Machine)
- Actively communicate with Headquarter team to keep update for any technical issue and quality issue follow up
- Create and execute clear Training management based on TNA (Training Needs Analysis) for Service Provider
- Technical assistance or direct repair support for some hard repair or critical job
- Handling Defective Return management for HA product
- Well manage good cooperation with other related Department within company to maintain comprehensive good service operation for HA product
- Minimal 4 years’ experience in after sales service for Home Appliances, more preferable with experience in technical assistances both of direct repair and data analysis
- Proven track record on manages technical issue for Home Appliances
- Deep knowledge on Home Appliances business
- Creative with highly self-motivated and eager to learn knowledge
- Highly self-motivated and team player with confident
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English both oral and written
