Job description for Technical Support Executive at Aztech Technologies Pte Ltd

- To be the voice and personality of the company, acting as the first point of contact to address customer’s technical issues
- Manage external interactions across all communication platforms
- To respond timely to customers enquiries on social media
- Execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and advertising events
- Analyze and research on new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in global and local landscape
- Coordinate product launches, trade shows, exhibitions and customer events
- Diploma / Degree in Communications/Engineering related discipline
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in communications, social media management, customer service (for IT/consumer electronics industry)
- Good knowledge of Networking, IOT and/or Consumer Electronics products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a team, analytical, with a keen eye/attention to detail
