Technical Skills
- Good understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewall, and internet connectivity.
- Experience troubleshooting web applications, APIs, databases, and server-related issues.
- Familiarity with MySQL, REST APIs, Postman, and basic SQL queries.
- Basic knowledge of Docker, web servers (Nginx/Apache), and cloud environments is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze application logs, identify issues, and escalate complex problems to the development team.
- Experience using ticketing systems and documenting incidents professionally.
- Familiarity with AI-powered support tools and the ability to utilize AI to improve troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge management, and customer support efficiency.
Language Skills
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
