Requirements :
- Male, max 27 years old
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support
- Proficiency in networking concepts (LAN/WAN), hardware systems, and operating systems
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Experience with biometric technologies (e.g., fingerprint or facial recognition) is a plus
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under airport operational pressure
Jobdesk :
- Install, configure, and maintain autogate systems, including hardware and software.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support both onsite and remotely to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform routine system inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Work closely with other departments to improve system performance and resolve escalated issues.
- Document troubleshooting procedures, maintenance activities, and solutions.
- Provide training to end-users on system usage and best practices.
