Deskripsi pekerjaan Technical Solutions & Systems Integration Specialist PT InBody Global Healthcare
Key Responsibilities:
1. Systems Integration & Software
● Oversee proprietary software integrations with client-facing platforms and enterprise ecosystems. software to client platforms (EHR, fitness management, corporate systems).
● Execute legacy data migrations from local workstations and InBody hardware to enterprise cloud ecosystems.
2. Technical Sales Support & Client POCs
● Lead connectivity protocols.
● Build and present Proof of Concept (POC) setups and live integration demos for prospective clients.
● Deliver technical onboarding, API guides, and integration specs to client developers.
3. Advanced InBody Hardware & Software Diagnostics
● Resolve Tier-2/3 technical issues involving LookinBody software, USB/Bluetooth dongles, license keys, and network connectivity.
● Troubleshoot hardware-to-software communication (Wi-Fi, LAN, Bluetooth, Serial) on InBody body composition analysers.
4. Internal IT & Asset Management
● Manage internal IT infrastructure, including office networks (Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls) and company hardware assets.
● Administer domain hosting, DNS records, SSL certificates, and employee email accounts.
Requirements:
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Systems Integration, Technical Support, or IT Administration background.
• Technical Skills: MS-SQL, REST WebAPIs, JSON, FTP/SFTP, Postman, DNS/Hosting, Windows OS Admin.
• Hardware/Network: TCP/IP, device ports, Bluetooth/USB interfaces, network diagnostics.
• Experience supporting users in a corporate environment is preferred.
• Experience with business applications or cloud-based applications is an advantage.
• Good understanding of IT security principles and data protection.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and customer-service mindset.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies.
