Job Description
- Provide technical consultation and recommendations related to animal health and nutrition products.
- Conduct farm visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable animal health solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and business partners.
- Support sales activities and achieve targets through product selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Monitor product implementation and collect customer feedback and market insights.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine (Dokter Hewan) or Animal Nutrition / Animal Science.
- Experience in sales, technical sales, or upselling animal health/nutrition products is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of animal health, nutrition, and livestock industry.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and commercially minded.
- Comfortable working in the field and willing to travel across assigned territories.
