Job Descriptions
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for feed additives to achieve the company’s sales targets and growth objectives.
- Identify and approach potential customers, including feed mills, integrators, and large-scale farms, while maintaining strong relationships with existing key accounts.
- Make monthly sales forecasts based on market trends, customer demand, and ongoing pipeline opportunities.
- Regularly report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market developments to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Husbandry, prefereably Veterinary Science Major.
- Strong understanding of livestock nutrition and feed formulation.
- One year of experience as techncial sales or related.
- Willing to travel and work on-site with customers across assigned territories.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Driver car licenses are required.
