Technical Sales Executives (2 positions)

Division: Animal Health (Feed Additive and Nutrition Business)

Base locations- 
(ii) East Java – Surabaya
(iv) West Java

Job responsibilities:

• Day to day contact with distributors 
• Identify new market and new product opportunities 
• Establish selling opportunities for both old and new contacts 
• Establish direct sales opportunities 
• Organize distributor training 
• Provide feedback and input from the market to help shape marketing strategies for our products and services 
• Provide technical support and organize support for solving problems

Job requirements:

• Possess a degree in Animal Science/Veterinary Medicine or a related discipline 
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience specifically in feed additive or vitamin/mineral premix industry is a must 
• Ability to speak and write English with good communication, writing and customer service skills
• Computer literate 
• Able to communicate technical issues with effective presentation skills 
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team 
• Good customer and distributor contacts. Sales skills and technical knowledge mandatory 
• Highly proactive and self-motivated 
• Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers
