Deskripsi pekerjaan Technical Sales Engineer PT. HHM ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities in the industrial, manufacturing, marine, shipyard, commercial building, and project sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand their operational needs and provide suitable technical solutions.
Promote and sell a range of engineering products, including:
Industrial Pumps
Booster Pump Systems
High-Pressure Cleaners
Air Compressors
Marine Equipment
Other Engineering Products
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the Technical, Purchasing, and Administration teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and ongoing projects to maximize sales conversion.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Prepare periodic sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
