Deskripsi pekerjaan Technical Project Manager (Project Based) GITS Indonesia
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management, specifically managing the end-to-end SDLC.
- Good understanding of coding principles and system architecture to effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and align stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in JIRA (highly preferred), MS Project, Trello, Asana, or equivalent.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, with a focus on risk management and change management.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
