We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Lead with a strong background in web development and Agile methodologies. In this role, you will lead multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality digital solutions. Your problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and communicating effectively will be key to your success.
Job description
- Oversee the technical planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects.
- Reviewing and validating project estimations.
- Overseeing code quality and providing constructive feedback.
- Enhancing development standards and best practices.
- Lead and manage web development teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Lead multiple web development teams and ensure technical alignment across all involved parties.
- Leading kickoff, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Act as the main technical point of contact within the project management structure, working alongside non-technical project managers for each team.
- Guide technical decisions and ensure the best technical practices for both frontend and backend development.
- Facilitate communication between designers, developers and project managers.
- Utilize project management tools such as TeamGantt for tracking tasks and timelines.
- Ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices through testing and debugging oversight.
- Identify and resolve project bottlenecks, providing solutions to keep development on track.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Lead, Technical Program Manager, or similar role in IT project services.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience leading development teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
- Technical knowledge in frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Technical knowledge with backend technologies like Node.js, Python, PHP (WordPress), or similar.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Firebase).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical challenges into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work on-site (WFO) in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
