Job Desc
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, or direct visits.
- Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and usage.
- Develop ideas and strategies for product improvement and development.
- Introduce and promote products to customers.
- Identify new customers and develop market opportunities.
- Support Sales Support in preparing quotations, particularly related to technical specifications.
- Assist the Sales team in conducting product presentations and demonstrations.
- Assist Sales and Sales Support in installation cost calculations.
- Assist in product and goods inspection processes.
- Prepare sales reports for principals.
- Prepare business plans for principals.
Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (weak current), Instrumental, Physics, or related.
