Deskripsi pekerjaan Technical Presales Manager PT Tricada Intronik

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Presales Engineering team, managing projects, reviews, and domain focus.
  • Standardize presales processes (CRM, SOPs, templates, workflows).
  • Validate solutions for quality, client needs, and delivery readiness.
  • Work with Product Architects and Delivery teams on solution feasibility.
  • Coordinate with tech partners for updated product and integration info.
  • Oversee product assessments and documentation.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, manage playbooks, and lead technical sessions.
  • Track workload and KPIs via CRM dashboards.
  • Support onboarding and development of Presales Engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in IT/Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
  • 5+ years in technical presales or solution consulting, with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience building/managing presales teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Vendor coordination and product assessment experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the full presales cycle.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and technical documentation.
  • Capable of coordinating across domains (IoT, AI/ML, Security, Network, Telco).
  • Skilled in evaluating third-party products for fit and integration.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
