Technical & Integration Support Engineer (L2)
What will you do?
- Handle technical issues escalated from the Customer Support (L1) team.
- Perform troubleshooting on applications, servers, databases, and APIs.
- Analyze system logs to identify root causes of issues.
- Support API integration processes with partners or merchants.
- Coordinate with Engineering (L3) teams for more complex issue resolution.
- Create documentation and help improve incident handling processes.

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience as L2 Technical Support, Application Support, System Administrator, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of Linux Command Line and SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Familiar with REST API, JSON, HTTP Status Codes, and experienced in using Postman.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have
- Experience in Fintech, Payment Gateway, or SaaS industry.
- Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, or other monitoring tools.
- Willing to work on-call or shift schedules if required.
