Responsibility
- Build and maintain effective communication and strong relationships with customers to increase customer engagement with the outlet.
- Assemble bicycles accurately, with high quality, and in accordance with standards to ensure optimal bike performance and the best customer experience.
- Manage and maintain the completeness of work equipment and ensure it is always in proper working condition.
- Provide education and maintenance recommendations to customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support outlet target achievement through fast, accurate, and professional technical service.
Requirement
- Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) – Diploma 3 (D3) majoring in Automotive Engineering, Light Vehicle Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Has an interest in the automotive and bicycle industry.
- Enjoys sports activities and has a passion for cycling.
- Possesses good communication skills and is service-oriented.; Detail-oriented, agile, and able to work well in a team.
- Willing to be placed anywhere across Indonesia.
