Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Network and Data Center Infrastructure;
- Deep understanding of network, data center, and security infrastructure, along with best practices in IT network and security;
- Solid understanding of risk assessments and their relationship to governance and compliance frameworks;
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to evaluate system resilience and translate technical data effectively;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to elaborate on user requirements, collaborate within project teams, and step up to lead when necessary;
- Proactive, communicative, highly self-motivated with a strong initiative, and eager to learn and share knowledge.
Job Description:
- Design, deploy, and implement end-to-end network, data center, and security infrastructure to meet customer needs and ensure continuous service availability;
- Provide ongoing operational support for networks, servers, and systems, including proactive monitoring, alert response, issue isolation, and incident troubleshooting;
- Improve system resilience by reviewing new solutions, performing system hardening, and automating routine operational tasks using scripting;
- Recommend IT system controls to mitigate risks, publish vulnerability updates to customers regarding network devices, and participate in business continuity planning;
- Act as a technical escalation point, lead project progress meetings, and elaborate on technical solutions with stakeholders;
- Collaborate proactively with internal SIP project teams and provide mentorship or knowledge sharing to junior team members; and
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical design documentation, along with routine administrative requirements such as job reports and timesheets.
