About the Role
As Impact Technical Consultant, you will be an integral part of our Business Consulting Team. You will help our clients transform their businesses by automating business processes and helping them make data-driven business decisions. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and data, reporting metrics, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment to support business change and optimization.
The ideal candidate should have experience in hands-on ERP/HRIS enterprise implementation and customization, and also advanced understanding of best practices in business processes, operations, system processing and their dependencies. This role is suitable for you if you are looking for impactful work and growing your career by improving business practices and processes, also chances to learn large tech products.
The job is 100% remote but you may be required to travel several times every month to provide training to clients.
You will help us to:
- Identify the requirement and propose a good alternative solution to client requirement
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to design and develop ERP/Odoo apps (new module development, customization)
- Create documentation of detailed roadmap for ERP implementation (BRD, FRD, PRD)
- Manage customer escalations, assume responsibility for complex matters, and consistently provide customers with progress updates.
- Will be hands-on in ERP and HRIS implementation, integration and development
- Define features scope, bring real value to the product
- Develop and propose solutions to optimize operations, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Accounting/AIS/MIS/Computer Science with minimum GPA 3.7 out of 4.0
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in ERP/HRIS implementation and customization
- Prior understanding of best practices in business processes, operations, system processing and their dependencies
- Able to confidently maintaining communication effectively with C-level and directors of multinational enterprises
- Good projects management skills and good people skills
- Believe in digital transformation with high professionalism level
- Experience implementing Odoo ERP is a plus
