What You'll Be Doing:
- Solving Technical Issues: Dive into technical and data-related issues reported by users or internal teams. You’ll dig into problems, replicate them, and find out what’s really going on — then provide clear solutions, ideas, or requirements to help the development or other team to implement the solution.
- Keeping Records Clear: You’ll document what you do, how you do it, and what you learn along the way, so everyone can benefit from it.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to share insights, test ideas, and solve issues faster — together!
What You Bring:
- A Curious Mind: You love to figure things out, analyze problems, and think critically.
- Clear Communication (in both English and Bahasa Indonesia): You're comfortable explaining technical things to non-technical people — both in writing and speaking.
- Tech Savvy: You’ve got experience with SQL, APIs, and Google Workspace. Experience with Python, PHP, or AWS is a bonus!
- Team Spirit: You enjoy working with others and sharing knowledge.
- Organized Approach: You’re good at keeping track of what you’ve done and documenting it clearly.
Your Background:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or another technical field.
- At least 1 year of experience in tech support, software development, QA/testing, SaaS, or a similar field.
- You’re a natural problem-solver who loves to learn and take initiative.
