Requirements :
- Holds a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Possesses a minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Technical Support in the civil engineering or architectural industry
- Demonstrates solid knowledge and proficiency in Autodesk AEC Products (AutoCAD Toolsets, Revit, Naviswork, Civil 3D, BIM /ACC), ZWSoft (ZWCAD /ZW3D), and Trimble SketchUp software
- Experienced in utilizing AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, BIM, Navisworks, and other related tools
- Exhibits excellent presentation and communication skills
- Shows strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving capabilities
