Admin Teknik / Technical Admin
Job Description
- Support technical and administrative activities for construction, renovation, interior fit-out, and maintenance projects.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain technical project documents such as:
- shop drawings
- as-built drawings
- material submissions
- technical approvals
- project reports
- drawing revisions. - Distribute updated drawings and technical documents to project teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor and record drawing revisions, approvals, and project documentation status.
- Assist Project Engineer, Site Supervisor, and QC team with technical documentation and coordination.
- Maintain proper filing systems for all project technical documents and correspondence.
- Coordinate with site teams regarding document updates, material data, and project progress.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports and documentation.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, updated, and properly archived.
- Support project administration and technical coordination during project execution.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical administration, project administration, or construction/interior projects is preferred.
- Able to read and understand technical drawings and project documentation.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Familiar with construction/interior project documentation workflow.
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on-site/project area and office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in office fit-out, renovation, or commercial interior projects.
- Familiar with drawing control, material submission, and technical filing systems.
- Understanding of construction terminology and project workflows.
- Familiar with Google Workspace or project management tools is a plus.
Employment Details
- Contract Based (Project Contract – 6 Months)
- Placement: Site Project Cikarang
- Possibility of contract extension based on project performance.
