- Manage relationships with existing clients and all stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and feedback sessions to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide sales and technical consultancy for resellers, partners, and their teams through on-site training, demonstrations, and role modeling.
- Assist in preparing product documentation, presentations, and reports to track and optimize customer engagement.
- Create utilization reports and manage user account grouping.
- Participate in testing new product sensors with specific devices (e.g., cameras, sensors, main device).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good command of English (both written and verbal communication)
- Basic technical understanding and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
