Job Description:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets and business requirements
- Manage high-volume recruitment as well as specialist and hard-to-fill positions
- Lead and mentor recruitment team members to achieve individual and team hiring targets
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through active sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, and database mining
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities
- Monitor recruitment performance, hiring progress, and recruitment metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with various recruitment channels, communities, and talent networks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or other relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proven experience as a Recruiter Lead, Talent Acquisition Lead, Recruitment Supervisor, or equivalent
- Experienced in managing high-volume hiring and hard-to-fill specialist positions
- Strong knowledge of active sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, Boolean search, and database mining
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the IT, managed services, consulting, or outsourcing industry is a plus
